China INSOnline Corp. Approved to
List on the NASDAQ Stock Market

China INSOnline Corp. (OTCBB: CHIO) (the "Company"), an integrated
licensed insurance services provider operating a leading industry
web portal www.soobao.cn in the People's Republic of China,
announced that it has recently received a letter from the NASDAQ
Listing Qualifications Staff approving the listing of its common
shares on the NASDAQ Capital Market. The Company is to commence
trading under an unchanged trading symbol (NASDAQ: CHIO) on Tuesday
July 1st.
Mrs. Betty Xu, Chief Executive Officer of China INSOnline Corp.,
