China Mobility Solutions Announces Merger and
Change of Name

China Mobility Solutions, Inc. (The "Company") entered into a Letter
of Intent with PeopleLine Telecom Inc. (PeopleLine) to acquire
approximately 74% of the common stock of PeopleLine. The company
changed its name to Global Peopleline Telecom Inc. and was assigned
a new symbol "GPPL", effective August 6, 2008. Mr. Edward Gallagher
was appointed as Director and CEO of the Company.
Mr. Gallagher was the Chairman of Canada Payphone Corporation, the
first private payphone owner and operator in Canada. He was a party
to the telecom deregulation through Government Legislation the
payphone industry in Canada, and negotiated an exclusive contract
for the installation/operation of AT&T payphones for Canada.
PeopleLine is a Public Company (PINK SHEETS: PPTM) incorporated in
Nevada and managed from its Vancouver, BC office. It is an
established VoIP (Voice over IP) Internet Service Provider offering
voice and fax services to some 5,000 residential and business users
in the Vancouver area and plans are in place to expand services into
other cities. Users are offered a wide selection of VoIP products
and services to choose from, all of the popular brand name IP phones
and adapters are available on line also over the counter at a
PeopleLine VoIP store. Business users have a choice between Managed
services and on site VoIP PBX equipment to suit individual needs.
PeopleLine VoIP Business solutions cut the overall cost of office
communications by over 50% offer more features, simplify moves,
additions, telecommuting and management of remote offices, and helps
cut the cost of mobile communications.

Company more rapidly through financing and/or potential merger
acquisition opportunities.
About The Company.
The Company is able to provide reliable and inexpensive VoIP
solutions allowing home and business users to save between 60% and
80% of the cost of their current phone bill. Pricing begins at $9.95
per month for home service, local calls are free and Long Distance
charges are prepaid and billed separately. Small Business customers
are offered a choice between Hosted IP PBX services and an on site
purchased PBX product. The hosted service starts at $30 per line,
$5.00 per extension and $6.95 for messaging, the on-premise PBX
starts at $995. The hosted service provides all expected features
such as caller ID, call forward, conference and transfer, also new
features that allow cell phone users to place and receive calls
through the PBX. Current products include regular IP phones
adapters, wireless routers, WiFi phones, a Virtual PBX, dual-mode
WiFi/Cell phone, memory stick phones that can be used anywhere in
the world and others, all require broadband access to operate.
